V.   Service & Cancellation Policy

Hart Holistic Strategies reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any purpose. If users schedule a consultation, and fail to cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time, Hart Holistic Strategies, at its sole discretion, may charge a “no show” or “rescheduling fee”. If users fail to cancel a scheduled “Free Consultation”, any subsequent promotions, discounts, and free consults are forfeited.

The refund and cancellation policy for HHS educational service products and offerings shall be as described on the enrollment or registration page(s) for such services, products, or offerings. Where no such page or policy exists, you understand and agree that as a general practice, Hart Holistic Strategies does not offer refunds for service products and offerings. All payments, even those made in error, are considered non-refundable. 

VI.   Termination

Hart Holistic Strategies may terminate a User's access to this Website and any HHS websites and services at any time and for any reason. The terms hereunder regarding Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Third-Party Rights shall survive termination.
